RTR International’s TTO Resin Ribbon is engineered for Near-Edge thermal transfer overprinting, designed specifically for high-speed packaging environments where durability and print clarity are critical.
Unlike conventional flat-head printing, Near-Edge TTO printing uses an angled printhead that allows for faster print speeds, edge-to-edge printing, and compatibility with thicker packaging materials. Our TTO Resin ribbons are optimized for this printing method, delivering sharp, high-contrast output on both paper and synthetic substrates.
Formulated for demanding applications, this high-performance resin ribbon provides excellent scratch resistance, superior imprinting, and consistent graphic quality, ensuring batch codes, expiry dates, barcodes, and variable data remain legible throughout handling and distribution.
